EVOLVE: Career Readiness Program
EVOLVE is our person-centered, group-based program funded through California Regional Centers. Designed for neurodiverse individuals seeking long-term career success, EVOLVE includes:
Emotional intelligence and social confidence training
Skill-building in communication, initiation, and organization
Workplace simulations and employer visits
Paid internships via the PIP (Paid Internship Program)
EVOLVE is not a job placement program. It’s about mentoring and supporting young adults as they develop and build the skills needed to succeed in the competitive workforce. Through an 11-month commitment focused on learning, growth, and the Person-Centered Individualized Plan (PIP) process, participants gain the confidence, independence, and readiness to pursue meaningful employment.
Coordinated Family Supports (CFS)
Life after school can feel overwhelming for adults with support needs and their families. Managing multiple systems, services, and important life decisions often leads to confusion and stress during this transition.
Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) helps bring clarity, coordination, and confidence to the process—ensuring families never have to navigate it alone.
The program is available to Regional Center clients aged 18 and older who live in the family home.
CFS is a hands-on, person-centered navigation service designed to ensure adults and their families have the right support, at the right time, to create the life they choose. We connect individuals with the resources, professionals, and strategies they need to thrive—covering areas such as housing, employment, health care, relationships, and daily living skills.
